All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand, using NZPost for domestic deliveries and DHL for international shipping. We offer worldwide shipping, with fees and delivery times dependent on your location.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, subject to product availability and payment approval.

Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM (NZT) or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping after new collection launches due to high order volume.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days within New Zealand.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days for faster service.

Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days.

For international orders, shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. Please refer to the shipping and returns table for country-specific information.

If duties are not included in your total at checkout, they may be applied upon delivery.

During high-volume periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
