Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. Your original packaging can be re-used and sealed to return your items to us.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Sale items, gift cards, and personalised items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
